Celebrate Iowa Wildflower Month by joining us for a walk through this woodland to view the diversity of spring wildflowers. Brian Hazlett, local native plant expert and Briar Cliff Biology Professor will lead this walk along the Carolyn Benne trail in Stone State Park.
Meet at the Carolyn Benne trailhead/Stone Park Lodge parking lot (near GPS Coordinates: 42.560658, -96.466828).
Wear sturdy walking shoes. The trail meanders a creek bed with some hilly areas.
